Last night La Oreja De Van Gogh was in PR. If you don't know who they are, they're an awesome band from Spain. During the afternoon, they were at Borders signing autographs because their new cd is out now. At night, they had a short free concert in Old San Juan. Even though I was at the mall running errands yesterday, I didn't even attempt to join the massive line to see them...way too many people. I did go with a couple of other people to see them in Old San Juan. It rained all day yesterday and I was hoping that it would cease by 9, but no luck. It was rainning when we got to Old San Juan and it didn't stop. Concert was still on though :) So I made my usual way through the crowd until I reached the front. I was surrounded by people who had umbrellas, so I was pretty sheltered. I did however manage to find myself behind this super tall girl. Of course! She starts complaining about how she's getting wet. Everyone was getting wet...it was rainning buckets! I was trying to figure out a way to get passed her, so finally I told her that if she wanted we could switch places. That way she'd be under the umbrellas and I'd get wet since I didn't care. And that's how I got to the front :)
LODVG finally came on stage and people went crazy. I completely missed their concert last time they were here, so a free short presentation was cool to see. It was worth getting drenched. Of course now my camera is acting funny so it's on bed rest. Hopefully, it'll recover. :)
